Due to expressed interest from our members and past participants, we are delighted to present this wonderful 10-week online Solfège course!

 

The aim of this course is to develop each participant's sense of musicianship and to develop musicianship skills such as ear training and the ability to sight-read, all while developing a solid understanding of music theory.

 

The dates for the course are as follows:

  • Start: Wednesday 30th September/ Thursday 1st October

  • Midterm break (no class): Wednesday 28th October/ Thursday 29th October

  • Finish: Wednesday 9th December/ Thursday 10th December

 

Classes will be held on Zoom and the timetable for classes* is as follows:

  • Wednesdays: 20.00-21.00 (Advanced)

  • Thursdays: 18.30-19.30 (Beginner)

  • Thursdays: 20.00-21.00 (Intermediate)

 

The classes will be delivered by our fabulous tutors Clare Dixon (Beginners) and Anne Ralph (Intermediate/Advanced), both highly successful alumni of the Kodály Institute.

Please note that refunds will only be given in cases where cancellation is made before 4pm on Monday 21st September. In this case, the full fee less an administration fee of €50 will be refunded via bank transfer. Cancellations made after 4pm on Monday 21st September will not be refunded.
